We are the specialists in European motorhome tours and we hope that you will find something of interest on this website.
Our business started in 1995 when we began taking British motorhomers to mainland Europe on escorted tours. This proved so popular that we expanded and started taking German, French & Italian motorhomes around Great Britain. To set us apart from any other companies, we included in each tour at least one absolutely superb event which would only be available to our groups. These events usually took the form of private banquets in historic castles – not the usual “tourist industry” functions, but unique, “once in a lifetime” experiences. The food is of the highest standard and is served in the castle’s own dining room, sometimes using the furniture and utensils that are usually on display to the public in locked cabinets. Obviously, this type of function is not possible in all of the countries we visit, so we replace them with other functions of a similar standard - and cost - but still exclusive.
We don’t, however, forget that the main reason for visiting Europe is to see its historic villages and cities and to experience the varied and unique heritages. We therefore take our customers to see the main tourist attractions as well as treating them to some fabulous, exclusive experiences. In 2010 we will be offering our unique "A month in ......" range of tours. These will all include a rented motorhome for the duration and will allow customers to get a real taste of the countries being visited. In the individual tour itineraries the unique "once in a lifetime" experiences are printed in green.
All of our tours are escorted by our excellent, very experienced, Tour Directors and you can follow them on the travelling days if you wish. However, as we provide a detailed road atlas and “easy to use” satellite navigation systems to each of our customers, you should be able to travel independently without any problems.
Each of our tours is being offered to the English-speaking world, so it is quite likely that any tour could be made up of many different nationalities. This should make a very interesting mix of people. This huge geographic diversity of our customers means that we cannot include airfares in our pricing. However, with the number of flights now available on the internet you should be able to find one which suits your requirements.
All of our tours are Carbon Neutral, which means that you can have an easy conscience about burning fossil fuels. We achieve this by paying an agreed amount to a company who plant the relevant number of trees to absorb the carbon dioxide created on our tours.
