After a comprehensive tutorial everybody can start to become familiar with their vehicle and we will then visit a local supermarket to stock up on food etc. This evening we will have an informal drinks reception so everybody can get to know each other. |
| 3 |

| 9 |
Saturday 4th September 2010: We will be collected by bus this morning and taken to the Dachau concentration camp. This camp has been kept and renovated by the German authorities to show what can happen in a dictatorship. Some people may find certain aspects of the camp disturbing, but this is part of the reason for its existence today. After we have returned to the campground we will be collected by bus and taken to the Augsburg beerfestival, where we will spend the evening. German beer festivals are fun-filled events, designed not only for beer drinkers, but for the whole family to relax, drink beer, wine or soft drinks and listen to good quality live "fun" music. No discos here! We have included in the tour price as much beer, wine or soft drinks as you wish to drink and your choice of meal from the local specialities on offer. At the end of the evening, our bus will take us back to the motorhomes. |
